Renault Master Bus
This bus is used for transporting passengers within the city or intercity. It has 12 seats and due to its popularity in the market, about 872 units are were sold annually. Europeans consider this bus as a competitor to the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter bus.
The Renault Master Buss is priced at around $ 59990 in Europe, which is lower priced than the Mercedes 313CDI. This bus is equipped with automatic headlights, automatic windshield wipers, advanced R Link with a seven-inch touch screen, LED taillights, elegant curtains, bottom-row seats, insoles and an electric sliding side door. The Renault Master Bus also has a 2.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder diesel engine that produces 111 kW of power and 350 Nm of torque. Another feature of this bus is a six-speed automatic manual transmission. The mentioned bus is driven by front wheels. The amount of gasoline consumption in it is about 9 liters for the freeway and 10 liters for every 100 km in the city.
Renault Tracer
Renault Tracer is another type of Renault bus that was produced between 1991 and 2002. This product was introduced as a replacement for buses with S45 / S53 / S105 engine. The distinctive feature of this bus is its high strength, which made it suitable for intercity bus, school and university services. The market of this product was in France and only a small number of it was exported to Belgium and Germany. Second-hand models of this bus are currently used in West Africa. No model of this type of bus has been imported and used in Iran so far.
This product is 11 meters long, 2.5 meters wide and 3.32 meters high (excluding air conditioning) and its engine is 186 kW Renault MIRH. Some models of this bus have a manual gearbox and in later versions, an automatic gearbox has been used. Another feature of this bus is its air suspension system.
The fuel type of this bus, like other products on the market, is diesel and its output power is 256 hp (190 kW) and has 57 seats.
Renault Bus PR100.3
The PR100.3 is another type of Renault bus which launched in June 2006. This bus has a capacity of 34 to 50, a length of 11.95 meters, a width of 2.50 meters and a height of 3 meters excluding air conditioning. The Renault PR100.3 bus was launched after the Renault R312 f. Features of this Renault product include Astral-Denning body and CNG natural gas fuel.
However in 2007 another version of this product was introduced to the market, which worked only with diesel. This bus was designed for urban transportation and even the design of the body, interior and even its appearance was slightly different from previous Renault products. But due to the weak performance, it was removed from Renault's production line in 2016.
Renault Bus PR180.2
The PR 100 was one of the Renault buses, which first entered the company's product line in 1971. At first the PR100 was supposed to be a replacement for the Renault 1987 R312, but later Renault Company decided to launch the modified PR100.2 in 1993. After that a new version of this bus called Renault PR112 model was produced in 1999.
More than 13,500 different models of the PR100 have been produced in France so far, and a complete version was produced in 1980 as the Renault PR180.2.
This product with a capacity of 65 to 80 passengers is larger and more voluminous than other Renault models. This bus has a length of 18.1 19.0 meters, a width of 2.5 meters and a height of 3.3 meters. The Renault PR180.2 is one of those popular durable buses that has been built with a lot of common components.
This bus was produced between 1971- 1999 and has a capacity of 31 to 40 passengers. Its dimensions include length 11.32 meters, width 2.5 meters and height 3 meters.
Generally, these buses had modified front and rear, which were manufactured by Berliet. It was designed with three types of seat / stand combinations with 2 or 3 doors. Renault also placed the engine in the rear of the lower part to produce this type of bus. Initially, these models were produced with a 178 kW (176 hp) Perkins V8.510 diesel engine but later, Renault decided to install a higher power engine for it.
Renault Bus PR112
In 1993, Renault Company first designed a bus called the PR112. This bus was actually a modified version of the PR100 buses with a newer front design. One of the main features of the Renault PR112 bus is the convex windshield. In 1999, this bus was no longer produced.
Renault PR180.2
It is true that the PR180 buses were the more advanced version of the PR100 model, but after a while Renault Company also introduced the PR180.2 model. The number of seats was one of the differences between this version and the previous version. In this model, the passenger capacity had reached 62 and the engine of this bus model had 222 kW power (equivalent to 298 hp).
Renault Bus Model R212
Another type of Renault bus was medium size R212 model. This model of bus was produced between 1987 and 1989 and two versions of it were marketed with capacities of 55 passengers (25 sitting, 30 standing) and 57 passengers (21 sitting, 36 standing). The buses were designed for urban transportation.
Renault Bus FR1
Other Renault bus models include the FR1. This bus was produced in two forms with one door and two doors. Having a 9.9-liter Meto with power between 223 kW (303 hp; 299 hp) and 250 kW (340 hp; 335 hp) made it a special product. The capacity of this bus was 45 passengers and it had a 6-speed gearbox.
